Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Mithran Match. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement in your country of residence.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Use a strong password, don't share it, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You own the photos, bio, and messages you upload. You give us a limited license to display them through the service. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, sexually explicit in public profile areas, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Community rules
Be respectful. No hate speech, threats, scams, solicitation, doxxing, or spam. We use a combination of AI and human review. Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.
Subscriptions
Premium and Premium+ renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in account settings — you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
Safety disclaimer
Mithran Match is a platform for meeting new people. We verify profiles and moderate content, but we can't guarantee the conduct of every member. You're responsible for your own interactions. Use the report and block tools, meet in public, and trust your instincts.
Intellectual property
The Mithran Match name, logo, design, and software are owned by us. Don't copy, reverse-engineer, or resell them. We use some open-source components — see our open-source notice for credits.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, we'll tell you why unless doing so would compromise safety or legal obligations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes, we'll notify you in-app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country say otherwise.
