What we collect
We collect information you give us (name, email, photos, bio, gender, age, location), information we get from your use of the service (device, IP, activity logs), and information from integrations you choose to connect (Google for sign-in, payment processor for subscriptions).
How we use it
To run the service, show your profile to other members, suggest matches, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, send service notifications, and improve the product. We never sell your personal data — full stop.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can export everything we have on you in a single click. You can close your account and we'll permanently delete your data within 30 days.
How long we keep data
While your account is active. After deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, with limited exceptions for legal and security reasons (we keep anonymized analytics forever).
How we protect it
Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Photo verification uses biometric liveness checks. Chat is end-to-end encrypted. We run regular third-party security audits and have a public bug bounty.
Children
Mithran Match is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it within 24 hours.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. For material changes, we'll notify you in-app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect. You can always see the previous versions.
